How To Blend On Procreate – Create The Look You Want Using Procreate Blending Tools

How to apply makeup on the perfect women? For many women, the question often surfaces when they are told that the makeup they are applying is not exactly how to apply on Procreate. The key word here is perfect; there really is no one “perfect” shade for the eyes. You can’t use just about any product and mix in just a few shades to create a completely different look. If you want to know how to blend on Procreate, though, there are a few steps that will help you create the perfect look.

One of the easiest ways how to blend on Procreate, especially for those who don’t want to use a liquid or cream foundation, is with a sponge. The simplest way to apply makeup is with a sponge. The first step in learning how to blend on Procreate, then, is to locate the Brush Options icon located above the makeup pan. When you have located this icon, double-click the Brush Selection Tool to bring up the selection palette. Select a pale pink/light brown color and begin brushing your eyelids.

Once you’ve found the correct blush/ eyeliner color/shade combination, use a liquid or cream foundation to create a base before applying your eye makeup. Next, you will need to select a few smudge brushes that match the shade/shade you want to use as well as a few brushes to blur the areas around your eyes. If you want to blend a dark color into a light one, you will need to use a large round brush to apply the foundation. Likewise, if you want to soften the skin around your eyes, a fine-tipped eyeliner brush will help you achieve that effect.

Once you’ve applied the foundation, begin adding your eye makeup. Select two of your standard blushes and place them behind your lower lashes where they meet your eyebrow. The right brush to use for this task is the triangular one with the two parallel sides at the end. Use the appropriate type of blush and apply it from the inside corner to where your lids meet your eyebrow. Then use the corresponding clipping mask to add the blush and eyeliner to where your natural eye color ends.

Now that you have completed your eye makeup, it’s time to create the smudge tool that Procreate comes standard with. To do this, tap your finger and the side of your design area with the side of your finger pointing towards the sky. Tap the other side of your finger against the inside corner of your eye to hold the position of your smudge tool. This will form the outline of your eye. Tap the side of your finger against your face to create the smudge.

To complete your look, you’re ready to apply your lipstick. Tap the outer edge of your lip brush for a clean finish. You can then tap the other end to bring your lip color up to your lash line. Apply your finishing shade on your cheeks and lips. Finally, tap your eye makeup to create a perfect look.
