How to Animation on Procreate
Learning how to animate on Procreate is actually a lot easier than you may think. It really comes down to knowing exactly how you want your video to look before you start trying to put it together. Open up your Procreate 5 graphics in the layer pallet. Use the left and right arrows to drag over your chosen image in the layers pallet to the pre-existing personal layer within your layers palette. To add a frame to your animation, first you will want to add a frame that goes along with the image you have already added to your layer pallet. Right click on the frame and select add frame; you will see a blank oval frame appear. Pick any color that you want to use for your frame. Ensure that you have selected the correct size for your frame.
The next step is to pick an effect that you want to apply to your picture. An easy way to get a more realistic water colors look is to use the blend primary frame option. Using the blend primary frame option will blend in the current layer with the next layer by determining the transparency and color of the pixels. So, for instance, if you are using a red frame you will add it to your picture and then blend the red layer with the layer beneath it on your palette. After you have finished your frame you will want to add a new transparent layer below it called the background layer. The purpose of this layer is to actually give your image a background. This is a good idea to use if you plan on making a video of your baby as he or she sleep. The video will go with the beautiful water colors that will appear in your picture. If you are making a still photo of your child then the background layer will help the picture to not look so distorted when you put the picture in the photo or video.

There are basic ones that are free and there are premium ones that cost money but offer various features.
