How to Animation On Procreate

If you want to know how to animate on Procreate, you will first need to learn how to get the best results out of the animations you create in Photoshop. Open the GIF file on your Procreate graphics program. Use the mouse buttons to drag the image from your computer over to the pre-built canvas. If you wish to create more than one image at a time, you can simply create an add-on option for this by pressing the + sign icon next to the image in the upper right-hand corner of the display. Open the Effects panel to find the desired parameters for your animation.

If you wish to animate with both the text and the images in your project, you can select the draw option while still dragging the image. If your document has a transparent background, make sure your selected drawings are also drawn as opaque black text. If you select the stroke option while drawing, Procreate will automatically create a stroked effect, which can be useful if you are animating a character.

You can add a lot of effects when you learn how to animate on Procreate. The easiest way to make simple slideshows or to make complex 3D effects is to add one frame for each step of your animation. The steps will appear as a sequence of images in your timeline. To add one frame, double-click anywhere inside the timeline. When you learn how to animate on Procreate, you will find it useful for creating both short videos and movies.

To create a video, choose the video option while in the timeline panel. Click on the arrow keys to bring up the playback panel, and change the play order by dragging any one of the images in your animation to the position you want. You can then start the playback at any time and begin recording when the desired frame fills the screen, adjusting the speed as you go along to capture movement.

To make 3D animations, use the skew tool to add perspective to your images. Holding the shift key while dragging an image will shift it in place relative to the origin, so that each frame in your animation appears at its own angle relative to the other frames. To change the skew angle, hold down the shift key while dragging the image. You can also move the camera around the screen to vary the perspective and angle.

To add special effects and transitions, use the transparency and blend tab in the timeline editor. In the section, click the box next to each animation you want to show and drag it to a new position. Dragging multiple times will create a smoother transition. You can also use the flip buttons in the timeline to flip between smooth and bumpy transitions.
