Most procreate apps offer an illustration tool that allows users to quickly and easily experiment with different drawing styles, and the best ones allow users to import images from their computer or digital camera. This makes it simple to experiment, and also means that your illustrations will be ready to use straight out of the box.
Another way to determine which brushes are the best for your needs is to check out some of the examples available on the Procreate website. Each and every package come with a free Illustrator template, and these templates allow users to get an idea of exactly how professional Illustrator illustrations should look. By selecting one of the examples that come with each Procreate bundle, you’ll get a good idea of how your illustration will look when it’s all finished. You’ll be able to see how the colors will be merged, how the background will be manipulated, and what tools will be used for shading and depth of field.
If you have an appreciation for Japanese animation, you’ll be pleased to know that there’s a great Procreate bundle that contains an original anime series, “The Wolf Children”, as well as a few other short manga comics. These comics feature original illustrations by Japanese pro artist Tomoko Ninomiya. You can also choose to purchase a bundle that contains three manga comics. For example, the ‘wolf children’ bundle includes episodes from the start of the anime up to episode thirty-three. In each of these comics, Ninomiya draws her comic strip versions of the main characters. The resulting images are absolutely beautiful.
If you don’t like the idea of purchasing manga comics and watching an animated series with absolutely no story at all, you may prefer to select one of the Procreate’s other two color palettes. The first palette, called “Blend”, features over four hundred different color combinations that enable Procreate users to make any kind of drawing possible. The second, known as “Map” allows users to blend in simple gradients and color palettes into their work. These two colors will blend together seamlessly and give you an effect similar to oil painting.
One thing to keep in mind if you’re thinking about buying this type of kit, however, is that the only Procreate drawing that comes with the kit is the” Prologue”. All other sketching work, including the “Finale” and “HD” kits, must be purchased separately. These additional sketches and designs can only be purchased when you buy the pro create software in its entirety. However, the brushes and other parts are usually included for free with the purchase of a Procreate drawing kit.
